Job Description
We are FIS, a technology company that powers the world's economy, and we are looking for an Analyst Lead, Product Technical Support to join our team. As a key member of our Client Support organization, you will provide frontline technical support for FIS Lending products, diagnose issues, and drive timely, high-quality client interactions.
Requirements
- Prior back-office banking experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Ability to work independently
