Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience
- 3â5 years of experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and scenario modeling
- Proficiency in workforce analytics or business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
