Managing Counsel

Fiserv is seeking a Managing Counsel to provide legal support to its sales and business teams within the Merchant Solutions division. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, providing counsel on new product development, and collaborating with subject matter specialists on various matters.

Requirements

• 8+ years of general transactional legal experience
• License to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction and in good standing, with ability to obtain any additional required licensure promptly upon hire
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
