Job Description
We are seeking a Managing Director to lead the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industry family at Fitch Ratings in New York, Chicago, or Toronto. The role involves managing a team of ~40 analysts, overseeing ratings processes, and representing Fitch externally at a senior level.
Requirements
- Broad and deep knowledge across TMT sectors and macroeconomic, regulatory, and credit trends
- Experience leading effective, high-performing teams at substantial scale
- Prior experience at a credit rating agency or in a closely related credit role
- Understands the functioning of the debt capital markets
- Strong network of relationships within the debt capital markets and TMT sector
- CFA preferred
