Logistics Specialist

Logistics Specialist will manage customer accounts and daily operations, developing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and build relationships with customers and carriers. The role requires superb communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Plan and schedule transportation for inbound and outbound shipments
• Act as the main point of contact for customers
• Provide customers with shipment information and ensure changes to orders are acknowledged and acted upon in a timely manner
• Utilize Transportation Management Systems to track shipment operations, communications, and develop weekly/monthly reports and data analysis
