Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our store and ensure that customers have a fast, friendly check out experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for training crew members on customer service, leading front end operations, and maintaining store cleanliness. This is a full-time hourly position with a starting salary of $16.00.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
