Customer Experience Manager

As a Customer Experience Manager at Five Below, you will ensure that all crew members provide a WOW experience to customers through personal contact and training on customer service. You will lead your assigned store to achieve customer service score goals and be responsible for front end operations, store cleanliness, and store maintenance.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
