As a Customer Experience Manager at Five Below, you will ensure exceptional customer service, lead front-end operations, and manage store cleanliness and recovery. You will partner with the store manager to recruit, train, and develop crew members, and perform store manager duties in their absence.

• Minimum 2 years of management experience
