Job Description
Janitorial Supervisor responsible for ensuring janitorial staff cleans and maintains client's premises to company standards. Hourly rate $19 per hour.
Requirements
- Supervise employees and delegate operations schedule
- Evaluate performance of personnel and inspect assigned areas
- Find and define problems, resolve issues, and make recommendations
- Report issues, concerns, or discrepancies to Operations Manager/Operations Coordinator
- Address customer concerns and inquiries
- Perform, track, and evaluate purchasing activities, supply, and equipment usage
- Provide on-the-job training for staff/employees
- Participate in company and customer training
