Senior/Principal Scientist, Medicinal Chemistry

Expedition Medicines is seeking a Senior/Principal Scientist, Medicinal Chemistry to join our chemistry team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medicinal chemistry strategy and delivery, collaboration with machine learning teams, and a strong modern synthetic background.

Requirements

• Design and deliver medicinal chemistry strategy on project(s)
• Optimize small molecules through analysis of biochemical, biological, and ADME assay data
• Manage chemistry CROs for timely delivery of synthetic efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project needs in high-paced data-driven environment
• Collaborate with machine learning team for delivery against medicinal chemistry strategy
• Contribute to patent applications and scientific publications
