Job Description
A Branch Banking-Client Consultant II- Float travels between assigned branches to provide customers with high quality financial services, resolving concerns and providing product details to meet client needs.
Requirements
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration
- Ability to train and mentor others
- Experience in financial services industry
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
