Job Description
The Finance Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving financial excellence and enabling operational scale in a growth-stage business. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the finance function end-to-end — combining hands-on financial operations with strategic planning and Board-level reporting.
Requirements
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
- Senior finance leadership experience in a growth-stage business, ideally £5m–£20m turnover.
- Comfortable being hands-on with day-to-day finance operations while also leading at a strategic level.
- Strong track record in financial planning, forecasting, cash management, controls and Board reporting.
- Operational mindset with evidence of improving processes and performance in scaling environments.
