Senior Product Designer - Scale Up - 2nd hand Marketplace

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a high-growth European tech scale-up. The role involves collaborating with Product Managers, Researchers, and Analysts to define the design roadmap and championing the design process from discovery to high-fidelity UI and technical specs.

Requirements

• Product Expertise: Proven track record of designing mobile-first digital products at scale
• Problem Solving: Ability to frame ambiguous problems and deliver user-centered solutions
• Systems Thinking: Experience building or using scalable design frameworks and modular systems
• Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
• Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders
