Your tasks

Accepting written and telephone inquiries from our guests Processing all inquiries, including follow-up Entering guest and reservation data Active sales and individual guidance of guests Handling reservations through various reservation systems General correspondence of the reservations department Interdepartmental cooperation with Front Office, Meeting & Events, Accounting and Housekeeping as well as resort partners Management of the SCHLOSS Hotel Fleesensee, BEECH Resort Plauer See and MAREMÜRITZ Yachthafen Resort

Your profile

Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification First experiences in this or a similar position Knowledge of the hotel software Protel is desirable Safe handling of MS Office Enjoy sales and advising our guests Team player with a sense of self-responsibility Very good language skills in German and good knowledge of English (spoken and written) Careful and reliable working method Willingness to take on weekend and public holiday duties
