Resort Reservations Agent (m/w/d)

1. Accepting written and phone inquiries from our guests
2. Processing all requests, including follow-up work
3. Entering guest and reservation data
4. Active sales and individual counseling of guests
5. Processing reservations via various reservation systems
6. General correspondence of the reservation department
7. Interdepartmental collaboration with the Front Office, Meeting & Events, Accounting, and Housekeeping, as well as with the Resort partners
8. Care of the SCHLOSS Hotel Fleesensee, BEECH Resort Plauer See, and MAREMÜRITZ Yachthafen Resort

**Your Profile**

Completed vocational training in hotel management or comparable qualification

First experiences in this or a similar position

Knowledge of the Hotel software Protel is desirable

Secure handling of MS Office

Enjoy selling and counseling our guests

Team player with a sense of self-responsibility

Very good language skills in German and good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

Careful and reliable working style

Willingness to take on weekend and public holiday duties
