Product Engineer

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner looking for a Product Engineer to support their extraordinary teams in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role involves receiving and evaluating technical information, customizing processes, and ensuring product quality and production yield.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Solid experience as a Product Engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, preferably Agile
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, BAAN, or Flexflow
• Knowledge of ECOs, MCOs, deviations, and material dispositions
• Knowledge of bill of materials (BOM) creation, interpretation, and structure definition for production
• Experience introducing new projects and participating in NPI (New Product Introduction) processes
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward
