Flex is looking for a Technical Program Manager to support its extraordinary teams in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role involves managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met.

Requirements

• Organize, plan, and direct program schedules and budgets
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results
• Provide help, knowledge, and expertise with contract negotiations
• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of program
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities
• Be the key channel of communication for customers
• Manage customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions
