
Job description
The Program Administrator will assist in managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship, reporting to the Program Manager. This role will involve reviewing program proposals, coordinating projects, and preparing reports. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in program administration.
A typical day will involve reviewing program proposals, conferring with managers, driving and coordinating projects, preparing reports, and assisting in metric development and tracking. Occasional travel to customer locations may be required.
This role requires advanced operations, technical, and people skills, as well as customer relationship skills. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes and industries, and an understanding of interdependencies of such processes.
