Job description
We're looking for a Test Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role is responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment. The Test Engineer will direct and/or coordinate electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.
A typical day for this role includes directing and/or coordinating electronic engineering and/or technical personnel, interfacing with scientific, engineering, and technical personnel to resolve testing problems, evaluating and interpreting test data, and preparing technical reports.
We're looking for a candidate with strong practical knowledge of power electronics and three-phase systems, programming experience using Python, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, C#, or similar languages, and proven experience leading or coordinating technical teams.
