Requirements

• Implement, configure, and manage ITOM tools (monitoring, alerting, discovery, automation).
• Manage platforms such as Lansweeper, SolarWinds, OpsRamp, and certificate lifecycle systems.
• Conduct system monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with teams to improve IT processes and service delivery.
