
Job description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for new customers, presenting service solutions and maintaining customer rapport. This role manages all aspects of the business-to-consumer journey, handling leads, conducting consultative approaches, and documenting in our CRM.
You will understand customers' needs, identify sales opportunities, explain product features, and provide support via phone or email. You will also maintain customer accounts, logistical planning, and communicate with the field team and other departments.
We are looking for a motivated sales professional with excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a knack for problem-solving. You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicate closely with the field team, and utilize technology to support sales processes.
