Job Description
The Director of Pilot Training (DOT) is responsible for maintaining and improving the operation of all Pilot Training Programs and Training Delivery within the Learning Center. The role involves supervising the development of standardized courseware documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- Associate degree (A.A) from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- Ten (10) years of related experience
- Three (3) to four (4) years of management experience
- Six (6) months' experience in a teaching/training environment
