Construction Field Technician I (Survey Technician)

Flintco is seeking a Construction Field Technician I (Survey Technician) to support the execution of work in the field, including safety, closeout, and logistical needs. The ideal candidate is a flexible, detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Utilize independent judgement, problem-solving ability, and prioritization based on relevant factors
• Good communication skills to articulate challenges and success stories to internal and external clients
• Study and analyze construction drawings and shop drawings to confirm or otherwise establish the planned layout dimensions and elevations for the project
• Ability to quickly learn new hardware/software tools
• Serve as an ambassador for efforts and services internally/externally and collaborate with project teams
