Job Description
FLIPANY is seeking a passionate Soccer Coach/Mentor to work with youth in various communities, implementing physical activity programs and promoting healthy lifestyles. The ideal candidate is excited about mentoring and guiding youth through sports and non-competitive activities, while demonstrating strong class management skills.
Requirements
- English Required
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- 2+ years' experience working with children
- Education or experience in Child Development/Behavior, Psychology, or other Social Sciences
- Ability to deliver classes to a group of 15-20 participants
- Experience teaching athletics to youth
- Expertise with Microsoft Office 365 / Teams platform
- At least a basic knowledge of soccer fundamentals
- General understanding of physical activity standards for youth
