Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering
• 5+ years leading development teams of 8–20 engineers
• Deep, current hands-on experience with Node.js
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform
• Proven technical architect background
• Track record of schedule compression
• Strong estimation and planning discipline
• Experience driving solution performance
• Cloud-native delivery experience (AWS preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder communication
