OneStream Systems Administrator

We are seeking a OneStream Administrator based at our corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. The OneStream Administrator will be responsible for administering the system to ensure optimal performance, supporting financial reporting and consolidation processes, implementing enhancements, and serving as the primary contact for all OneStream-related matters.

Requirements

• Administer and maintain the OneStream platform, including user access, security roles, and system configurations.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes by ensuring data accuracy, consolidation process, and timely reporting.
• Develop and maintain business rules, dashboards, reports, and cube views within OneStream for operational and financial needs.
• Perform system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides.
• Evaluate and recommend new approaches and procedures
• Evaluate and maintain effective internal controls over the financial reporting process
