Outside Sales Representative will build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the commercial building market, identify and develop new sales opportunities, and provide technical support and solutions to meet customer requirements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in technical sales or the commercial building industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Highly organized with effective time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve goals
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a sales team and contribute to overall team success
- Analytical skills to provide problem-solving solutions for customers
- Proficient in using CRM systems (NetSuite preferred), Microsoft Office, and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
