Job Description
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for all aspects of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring materials are accurately received, processed, stored, and shipped in a timely and organized manner. This role plays a key part in order fulfillment, material handling, and warehouse accuracy for Pioneer’s efforts to ensure satisfaction of customer.
Requirements
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills required
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Pioneer’s software systems: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.), NetSuite ERP system, and FreightView
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures, freight coordination, and OSHA safety standards
