Senior Process Engineer

The Senior Process Engineer will lead and manage complex process engineering activities for Fluid Quip Technologies' technologies, guiding engineering projects from inception to closeout and overseeing a team of engineers.

Requirements

• Fosters long-term client partnerships
• Provides mentorship and training to process engineers
• Applies comprehensive knowledge of Fluid Quip's technologies and engineering standards
• Leads the review of Design Base Engineering Reports and client presentations
• Oversees delivery of engineering solutions to clients
• Leads the selection and application for process equipment and piping systems
• Leads the development of Engineering Deliverables
• Leads process startup activities
• Leads the development of functional documents
• Leads the process modeling efforts across projects
• Collaborates with Third Party Engineering disciplines
• Leads plant trials and R&D efforts
• Participates in Process Hazards Analysis (PHA) and Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP)
• Performs peer reviews to ensure engineering outputs meet or exceed QA/QC expectations
• Leads engineering cost estimation and project scheduling
• Leads and mentors project teams
