
Job description
Operations Manager responsible for managing medium to large complex construction/facility maintenance projects. Reports to the Program Manager and supports the management of operations and maintenance functions.
Manage construction/facility maintenance projects, develop scopes of work, manage quality requirements, and monitor costs and budgets. Maintain client relationships, act as first line of contact to the Program Manager, and identify future client requirements.
Requires 10 years of construction or O&M site experience and 10 years of experience managing large complex O&M sites. Must be able to communicate effectively with various audiences and attend to detail in a time-conscious manner.
