Job Description
The Rig Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the workover rig and associated equipment during well servicing, completion, and workover operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workover Rig Operator or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of workover operations, well servicing procedures, and rig mechanics
- Certification in rig operations, well control, and other relevant safety programs is preferred
- Ability to lead and manage a team in high-pressure environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid CDL is a plus
