Job description
The Development Team Lead will work with analysts and developers to create user story definitions and acceptance criteria, design and build APIs and external system interfaces, and ensure solutions meet technical specs and design requirements. The role involves working with complex business requirements in a wide range of functional areas in the financial services and platform domain.
The Development Team Lead will interpret complex financial business requirements, translate them into high-transactional, high-availability, secure, working systems, and collaborate with other developers to ensure solutions are robust and in-line with requirements. They will also perform manual testing, write automated unit tests, and perform code reviews.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft.NET development products, including.NET, C#, and SQL Server, and be familiar with financial products and markets. They will be able to take a lead role in a delivery-focused environment, work with different levels of stakeholders, and be independent and self-directing.
