Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our outpatient Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) Urgent Care clinic and provide essential care services in group homes across the region.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an LPN
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient behavioral health setting and conducting fieldwork/home visits
