Job Description
The School RN will be responsible for delivering healthcare services, supporting students with chronic conditions, administering medication, and promoting a safe, healthy school setting. This is an in-person, contract position running through the academic year.
Requirements
- Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff during the school day
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Maintain accurate and confidential student health records
- Support the care of students with chronic medical conditions
- Communicate with families, school personnel, and healthcare providers
- Monitor immunization compliance and health documentation
- Contribute to IEP and 504 Plan processes
