R - Software Engineer

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions
• Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) and generative AI frameworks and workflow platforms
• Understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
• Experience in data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Enthusiastic about AI, automation, and empowering others with technology
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java,.NET, or other modern programming languages
• Experience with real projects (internships, open source, Kaggle, or personal)
• Understanding of relational & document databases and data structures
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Containerization tools and orchestration
• Infrastructure as Code (terraform, etc.)
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration
