Job Description
The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for partnering with Managers and Franchisees to develop and facilitate the required capabilities to deliver results within their assigned restaurants. This includes conducting audits and inspections to ensure adherence to brand standards, developing action plans to improve operational performance, and being accountable for key financial and performance measures within their region.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in Multi-Unit Franchise Restaurant
- Experience in Operations considered
- MAPAQ Certification in Food Hygiene and Safety
- Strategic thinking

- Strong teamwork skills
