5+ years of experience as a Senior Corporate Lawyer with exposure to corporate transactions and a strong client focus

Recently qualified, interest in licensing, and exceptional client experience

Previous administrative experience in a legal or professional services environment, strong organisational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills

2+ years of experience as a Commercial, Technology and Data Solicitor, with a focus on technology and data protection, and strong communication skills

1+ years of experience as a paralegal, litigation experience is preferable but not essential

5-10 years of experience in private client law, UK tax law knowledge, and ability to manage sensitive client relationships

3+ years PQE with commercial property experience. Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential. A collaborative mindset is required

3rd line application support or infrastructure experience is key. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, 365 & Azure is required. Experience with automation/scripting preferred

Experience as a Corporate Lawyer, commitment to delivering exceptional client experience, and motivation to understand clients' bigger picture

5-10 years of project management experience, background in professional services or regulated environments, and strong stakeholder management and communication skills
