Requirements

• 10+ years in process development and scaling high-volume manufacturing lines
• 5+ years in technical leadership with people management
• Expertise in powder handling, mixing/coating, high-temperature furnaces/sintering, extrusion, calendering, drying, lamination and high volume automation
