MES Tech

We are seeking an MES Technician to join our Manufacturing Execution System team in support of our production environment for all of our manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Provide first tier support to production lines for day-to-day MES operations, fixes, troubleshooting software and hardware, and supporting related services & systems
• Troubleshoot MES issues by reviewing log files, event reports, and talking with users
• Act as liaison between factory floor and MES development team, evangelizing on behalf of end users, capturing their feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Train system users on new features and updates
• Perform basic network and device troubleshooting
• Participate in training end users on effective use of MES platform
