Job Description
Formal is a data security platform focused on helping organizations understand and control their data. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and establish Formal as a leader in the data security space. The role involves working closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to launch and execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industries
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing complex technical products
- Strong understanding of data security, compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), and cloud technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively across different teams
