Requirements
- Full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Comfortable navigating an ATS, CRM, and Google Sheets
- Experience recruiting for engineering roles
- Bias for action and solution-oriented
- Deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to track results and improve process
