Global Payroll Director

This Global Payroll Director will oversee payroll operations across multiple countries and regions, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, driving process improvements, and integrating acquired entities. The role involves leading a team, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing strategic direction. Strong leadership and global payroll knowledge are essential.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Global Payroll Director or similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of global payroll practices, regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of statutory deductions, tax rates, social security requirements, and benefits regulations globally.
• Extensive experience in managing relationships with global payroll service providers and vendors.
• Proficiency in using payroll software or systems for end-to-end global payroll processing.
• Excellent understanding of HCM and Equity Edge systems and their integration with payroll systems.
• Excellent understanding of ADP.
