Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in mobile F2P product management, with at least one title managed through soft launch to global release.
- Proven success driving engagement and revenue in top-grossing or fast-scaling live games.
- Expertise in monetization design, economy systems, and live-ops management.
- Strong analytical foundation (Excel, Looker, or SQL) and passion for data-driven iteration.
- Systems thinker understanding game design, economy balance, and player motivation.
