Scrub Nurse - London

We are currently hiring a new Scrub Nurse to join us on a full-time permanent basis in London. The purpose of the Scrub Nurse role is to provide high-quality, safe, and compassionate perioperative care, with a focus on orthopaedic and spinal procedures within a private surgical setting.

Requirements

• Active NMC/ HCPC registration
• Educated to degree level with considerable further professional development
• ILS Qualification
• Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in operating theatre setting with specific orthopaedic and spinal scrub skills
• Strong organisational and communications skills
• Demonstrable experience of driving growth
• Proven ability to lead a multi-functional team
• Mentorship/Practice Assessor
• Evidence of clinical reasoning skills across a varied patient case mix
• Effective communicator with the ability to build professional relationships
• Evidence of continuous professional development
