Applications and Reliability Engineer (Radiation Monitoring Systems)

We are seeking an experienced Applications and Reliability Engineer to support our nuclear instrumentation and radiation detection product lines. This role is key in supporting pre-sales activities, ensuring technical compatibility, and maintaining product qualifications through engineering change processes.

Requirements

• Provide technical support to sales and business development teams by analyzing historical sales data for radiation detection systems in nuclear power plant applications.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions based on prior applications and performance records.
• Identify obsolete components in existing product lines and collaborate with engineering to develop and implement design changes.
• Manage and document engineering change processes to ensure compliance with product qualification and industry standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure changes are thoroughly tested and validated.
• Support production test and assembly technicians.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Other duties as assigned
