Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Counsel to join our legal team to prepare and review SEC filings, investor communication, board materials, financing agreements, and equity and executive compensation materials. This is a highly visible role with interaction with C-suite leaders and board of directors, with significant opportunity and support for professional and career development.
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited US law school
- 4+ years experience practicing as a corporate attorney at a top-tier law firm and/or in a sophisticated in-house legal department for a public company
- Member in good standing of a State Bar Association
