AI & Transformation IT Intern

Role Overview

The AI & Transformation Intern will support the IT and Clinical Platforms teams in delivering technology-driven solutions, with a focus on artificial intelligence. This role is designed to help drive the awareness, adoption, and effective use of AI tools across the organization.

What You Will Do

Help drive the awareness and adoption of internal AI tools, develop educational content, utilize prompt engineering and AI capabilities, support technical debt remediation, and contribute to the formation of Cloud and IT Service Operation Centers of Excellence.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Universidad Panamericana Mexico
• Degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Security and Risk Analysis, or a related field
• Advance English
• Passionate about Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML)
• Highly motivated and creative
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a dynamic environment
