Operations Director

Leads the operations of a district or product/service system, responsible for employee management, inventory management, engineering, maintenance, operations, service, HSE, quality, training, planning, budget management, and commercial strategy execution.

Requirements

• Extensive understanding of product line(s)/service(s) in an operational area or district
• Proven ability to align operational execution with business development goals
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across operations and sales
• 10+ years of experience in field and operations
• Experience managing P&L, developing business strategies, and leading operational teams
