
Job description
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for piece flow from receipt of raw materials until shipping of finished goods, guaranteeing a high level of inventory accuracy. The role involves providing direction to personnel engaged in inventory management, ensuring accurate receiving of components, and implementing First in First Out (FIFO) in the warehouse to minimize the impact of obsolescence material due to product changes.
Develop and execute manufacturing and finished goods delivery schedules in accordance with customer requirements, prepare standard work instructions/procedures detailing the material management and logistics process, and oversee all activities related to material management of a product.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a logistics team and proven ability to implement lean manufacturing principles into daily routine to drive continuous improvement, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office.
