Job Description
Forward Financing is a financial technology company seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its Funding scrum team. The team owns the business critical services responsible for all money movement that keeps the business running.
Requirements
- Experience managing a full-stack engineering team
- Experience building API-driven backends, efficient and responsive front-ends, and leveraging SaaS solutions
- Experience with Kubernetes and service-oriented architecture is preferred
- Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time in partnership with business stakeholders
- Typically has 8 or more years of experience in Agile software development
- Typically has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or additional relevant experience
